“ Delivered in time for that special occasion ”
Allow 2 weeks for delivery, but this will be discussed when we contact you, as all lambs are selected individually for you.
- Each joint is individually vacuum packed and clearly labeled, so there's no confusion in the freezer.
- The lamb is then placed into insulated cool boxes and layered with ice packs. This will keep the meat at a constant temperature for a minimum of 24 hours.
- The meat is fresh and cool when it reaches you, so don't worry if you can't freeze the meat straight away, as long as you don't unseal the box and the meat is put into the freezer on the day of delivery it will be fine.
- If you are not going to be in, let us know a safe place to put the meat, and we will let the courier know. The more detail we have to pass on to the courier the better.

By buying from lamb in a van you have guaranteed that more of your money has gone direct to the farmer that produced the lamb, thus helping to preserve the wonderful countryside around you.
