All our lamb has been bred and reared on the fine rolling hills of Hampshire. The highest welfare standards are guaranteed through the farm assurance schemes that our farm belongs to. You can read more about our farm on the about us page.
“ Straight from the farm ”
The lamb is hung for a minimum of 7 days allowing the meat to develop a fantastic flavour and texture. It is then butchered into a variety of cuts by our master butchers, before being delivered fresh to your door.
